High visibility LED’s, audio and tactile feedback allow easy confirmation of a positive scan. The two cradle options increase the device’s versatility by offering presentation style hands-free scanning and multiple mounting options. The healthcare variant uses plastics resistant to medical-grade cleaning products, reduces bacteria traps with a flush silicon seal and tailors the user experience for use in a hospital environment.

Macronaut works with most smart phones with or without protective cases. 15x magnification offers an unexpected view of the world from which to draw visual, photographic and design inspiration. Macronaut has been used by industrial designers, graphic designers, in University research labs and in design studio classes. It has also inspired professional design concepts which are currently in development.

iKlips Wizard is a microSD card reader. It can connect to an iOS device via lightning connector and a computer via USB-A port to transfer data and expand storage capacity. It is compatible with the iKlips app for users to backup, view and manage files intuitively. To prevent it from getting lost, the unique magnetic cap design allows users to stick it to nearby metals. Moreover, the magnetic cap can be used as a stand for iPhone when paired with a metal plate on the back of the phone.
