Movus

Movus is an autonomous electric vehicle designed to move cargo and baggage within the airport apron area. Movus travels between the baggage handling system and the aircraft without human labour, using two lidar sensors and two stereo cameras to measure distance and avoid obstacles. A three-level compartment with adjustable doors on both sides holds a modular stainless steel conveyor system. The body is built from a metal chassis and thermoformed plastic parts. The design aims to reduce the damage and loss of luggage caused by manual handling.

Solar Mars Bot

Solar Mars Bot is a mobile energy storage robot that combines solar power generation, battery storage and charging in one unit. Six photovoltaic panels on the top are moved by connecting rod motors, and a light tracking sensor finds the best angle to the sun. The energy storage module uses lithium iron phosphate cells for a long cycle life. Laser radar and a camera module allow the robot to avoid obstacles outdoors and to plan a route to the user. Charging is started automatically when the stored power is low.

Mobile Robot SRC-3000F

SRC-3000FS is a safety controller for mobile robots. The controller combines navigation and functional safety functions in one unit. Several navigation modes, including SLAM, are supported. A safety PLC, an industrial computer, a switch, an input output board, a gyroscope and a power module are integrated inside, which keeps the housing compact and the wiring simple. The body measures 220 by 130 by 60 millimeters and is made of metal with a matte, non-sprayed ABS surface. The rating is IP65. Forklifts, cleaning robots and other industrial machines can be controlled.

Focus7

Dedao Focus7 is an eReader created for readers who value the feel of a printed book. The frame is made of aluminium alloy shaped by CNC machining, and the anodized surface resists slipping, wear and corrosion. The form recalls a folded page, a familiar gesture used to pause reading. The 7-inch E Ink screen has anti-glare glass and an anti-fingerprint coating. The weight of 210 grams is close to that of a pocket book, and the balanced structure reduces wrist strain. The packaging is ink-free, plastic-free and made of degradable pulp.

Niro Max

Niro Max is a service robot designed for airports. Face recognition and natural language interaction allow the robot to assist passengers with check-in, ticket return, flight information and other questions. SLAM technology lets Niro Max move freely through the terminal and recharge without assistance. A rear compartment holds a defibrillator and a first aid kit. The shell is made of injection moulded PC and ABS, with an internal frame of aluminium and sheet metal. The aim is proactive service with lower labour costs.

HSR048 / HSR050 / HSR060

HSR048, HSR050 and HSR060 are horizontal multi-joint industrial robots, also known as Scara robots. Each robot holds a hand at the arm tip, so the machine can be adapted to many tasks and supports automation and labor saving in production plants. The arms extend from a stable base and become slimmer toward the tip, which lowers weight and inertia and allows stable high-speed motion. The organic form recalls the human body and makes fast movement less intimidating for workers on the production line. The compact body helps reduce the size of the equipment.
