Lake
Lake is a coffee table designed for the modern home. The table is made from North American black walnut, shaped by CNC machining into a three-dimensional curved surface. The cut wood is assembled directly and finished with wax oil over an oil-free base. A hidden drawer on one side runs on a full extension concealed undermount slide and opens completely. A hidden USB port and a three-hole socket under the top supply power for daily use. The grounding area is planned so the table stays stable when the weight of an adult is applied to any edge.
Lake Tea Table by Yeak design was recognized as an exceptional illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lake Tea Table was awarded the Platinum A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2022.
